Quality Academy Managing Director, Master of Engineering Science, QMS ISO 9000:2000 auditor, trainer and consultant. She is a Member of the Ukrainian Society for Quality and the Ukrainian Marketing Association. She has lectured in Quality Management at Kiev Institute of Financial Management and at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. During her post graduate education she did marketing research for Quality Management Services in the industrial and public sectors. She is the author of number of articles, "Quality Management Basics" school-book (2000 edition) and Quality Management training programs.
